Not making a decision is a decision
I just sent a contract to a new client for evaluating, choosing, and implementing every component of their back office. They have been operating very inefficiently because they were "making do" with Word & Excel instead of investing in software for case management, billing, accounting, cloud storage, etc.
The reason?
It wasn't because they were super frugal. Yes, they did just launch their practice and have a limited amount of capital.
It was because they couldn't make a decision.
In each service category, they had too many options to choose from, so they chose none of them.
Option overwhelm is real and can cripple your growth. If there are changes you need to make in your business and you want another set of eyes to drill down with you on the essentials, please contact me for a consultation.
